Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using MemoryStats (the "Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Extension.

Description of Service

MemoryStats is a Chrome browser extension that provides memory management and tab organization features. The Extension allows users to monitor browser memory usage, manage tabs, and optimize browser performance.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Extension at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Subscription and Payments

PRO Subscription

MemoryStats offers a PRO subscription with additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes.

Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Extension for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Extension
  • Use the Extension to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Extension or its servers
  • Access the Extension through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.)
  • Resell or redistribute the Extension without authorization
  • Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices

Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its design, features, code, and content, is owned by MemoryStats and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Extension for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Extension is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Extension, you consent to such collection and processing.

Disclaimers

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not warrant that the Extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Extension.

You use the Extension at your own risk. We are not responsible for any data loss, browser issues, or performance problems that may occur.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPEED TABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MemoryStats and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Extension will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Extension shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
